Relax Inn Saint Charles

hot water, good pressure, convenient location

The faucet handle broke off in my hand!!! The TV had no closed captioning, the fridge froze my leftovers, and the shower had poor water pressure. Lampshades were discolored, and the AC couldn't cool the room properly!!!

The setting of hotel was marvellous, near restaurants. I had coffee at Mario's Donuts and Cafe, located within 5 minutes walk. I had comfy and beautiful room with 2 double beds and the refrigerator, as for instance. The cost was me$ 59.

The rooms with the air conditioner, a roll in shower and 2 double beds. A huge variety of goodies for breakfast. Amicable staff of the hotel.

A microwave with a twist

The cleaning crew was diligent, restocking towels and soap. Great water pressure made every shower refreshing.

The microwave didn't work, and I had to trek to the office to heat my coffee. The furniture felt sparse, with no chair at the desk and an alarming carpet.

Didn't like anything, except clean sheets

We had a fun family time exploring the Historic Aircraft Restoration Museum nearby, and the kids loved seeing all the interesting planes. The rooms were surprisingly comfortable. The value for our stay was unbeatable for a large family.

My wife says that the staff could be more attentive during peak check-in hours.

The check-in was super smooth, and my room wasnice and neat, definitely exceeding my past experiences in saint charles. The outdoor pool was a perfect spot to relax and unwind after a long day of celebration.

This place is great, and has great amenities like wi-fi, free parking, and 24-hour reception. The staff has been helpful. They even assisted my elderly parents during our first stay. I'm coming back for another trip!
